Does it take long to set up?
By answering a few questions, My Garden will figure out what your space looks like and what conditions you are working with. That way your setup will match your personal situation. For example, it’ll help you know where sun reaches to decide where to plant those partial-shade tomatoes.
Do I need to install a program?
My Garden works within a browser. So as long as you can open a site like this one, you can access the app.
How do I get reminders?
While logged into My Gardener, you’ll see a notification icon and can view a message that your garden needs attention, such as happy or sad notice. My Garden will connect with My Horticulturalist to access you alerts and specific notices. Horticulturalist subscribers will get a detailed explanation with what to do and how to get help.
Who is in my RG Community?
Local RG’s are fellow My Garden members within a certain distance of your garden location. You can save gardeners that you like visiting and can refresh to find new members you haven’t met yet. For privacy, location details are not shared in the RG Community.
How do I find a specific item in stores?
Ask your garden helper for help locating a certain item and local recommendations will be provided to you. Participating stores may even offer you coupons for going to them!
